Day 1 : MEDAN-PARAPAT (L, D)
On arrival in Medan, meet & transfer for short-city sight seeing of Medan. After lunch, proceed to Parapat through planta-tions’ road via Tebing Tinggi, with en-route stop at rubber, cocoa and palm oil plantations. Accommodation & dinner at hotel in Parapat. (L, D)
Day 2 : SAMOSIR TOUR (B, L, D)
A day tour by boat, cruising on Lake Toba to the central isle of Samosir where colorful Toba Batak villages cling to the shore. Inland, visit Ambarita Village to see the stone furniture as the remnant of the megalithic culture of the Toba Batak Tribe, and Simanindo Village to see the long house of the Toba Batak King that has become a museum, and a chance to watch the Toba Batak folk dance per-formed by the villagers. Then visit to Tao Island for a rest. Lunch enroute. After lunch, proceed to Tomok Village where carved statues stand in an ancient graveyard as memorial to the kings of the bygone days, and also a chance to hunt souvenirs. Afterwards, return to Parapat. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel. (B, L, D)
Day 3 : PARAPAT-BERASTAGI-MEDAN (B, L, D)
Transfer to Medan via mountainous road of Berastagi, enroute visit Pematang Purba to see Ruma Bolon (The Long House) which was belonged to the royal families of the Simalungun Batak Tribe, Tongging Hill to view the Northern part of Lake Toba and the nearby Sipisopiso Waterfall. Lingga Village to see a glimpse of the way of life of the Karo Batak Tribe and their typical houses, fruit stands and Nature Reserve. Lunch enroute. Accommodation and dinner at hotel in Medan. Day 4 : MEDAN (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at leisure until its time to proceed to the airport to catch the flight of onward destination. (B)
